Packages will ship for FREE using DHL (Fastshipping). After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped via Freeshipping are sent as a 'GIFT' 'to avoid additional costs. May you receive a bill, please send us a copy and we will refund the full ammount.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Please be sure to email us for authorization before sending the items back. We are not responsible for items that are returned to the wrong address.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached, in the same package sent. It needs to be in the same state as we have shipped it. Cosmetics, jewellery and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale because of hygienic reasons. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. A charge for the shipping will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. All sale items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

After we received the package allow us 5 days to handle your return (10 days in busy periods). You will keep updated by e-mail about your return. The money will be refunded to your bank account within 10 days. It depends on your bank when you will receive it at your account.
Defective or Wrong Items:
If you received the wrong product from us or if it arrives defective/damaged because of its transit, please contact our Exchange Service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If you receive a package and it does not include all items, please don’t worry. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/coming from a difference warehouse.
